Plumbing By Chance

It was under 200 dollars. He was referred to me by a personal friend. We plan to use him for another project in our bathroom.

We've used him twice.  We've been very happy with him.  I think they did the work for us in March.  He doesn't hire a lot of people hanging around like lowlife looking people.  He just has one person with him normally and I like that.  He does what he says he is going to do.  He's very punctual.  I paid $900 the first time and I got him from Angie's List.  He replaced some faucets and did some plumbing work under the house the first time.        

Chance was able to complete the repair with parts he already had on the truck.  The fix was efficient and relatively painless (if any plumbing problem can be).  I really appreciated Chance's professionalism.  As someone who knows very little about plumbing, he kept me fully informed and assured I felt I could make informed decisions about the work being done. 

I later learned that he was nice enough to squeeze in our job in the week before he was supposed to get married!  I greatly appreciated his dedication to helping us get our problem solved.  I will gladly call Plumbing by Chance for all of our future plumbing needs.

Chance and Frank arrived promptly on schedule, and even gave a nice courtesy call before arriving! They successfully cleared our kitchen and laundry room pipes of the horrendous clog that had been plaguing them for about a month now!! We had tried EVERYTHING... drain cleaners, renting a 50' snake from Home Depot, plunging... you name it!! We were so relieved to have reliable service to restore our home to full functioning order!! They were polite, presented themselves in a respectable manner, and cleaned up after themselves!

Efficient and I have full confidence in this company.

Called at 09:30 to inquire about clearing a clog in the drain line. Arrived at the house at 11:00, completed job in 30 minutes. Their responsiveness was impressive for Saturday morning.
