I have used Pinto over the past 10 years from bathroom repairs, window replacement, and interior and exterior construction. They provided clear communication, prompt, reliable, and quality work. I highly recommend pinto for minor construction/repair needs. Our updated entryway to our Study looks fantastic...Thank you Pinto.

Tom Gailliot, the owner, met with me to review the scope of work.  It included patching holes in my drywall that were caused by some electrical repairs done by another company. In addition I needed the patched areas painted.  I also had 3 doors to be adjusted that weren't fully closing and I needed additional insulation in my crawl space.  Within 3 business days, we agreed on a T&M contract with the thought that the actual work might be less than quoted.  We set a date and time for the work to be performed which was a week later.  The workmen arrived on time and were careful to minimize disruption during the day.  Tom was correct that the estimate was higher than the actual work performed, and the resulting invoice reflected the reduced amount.  The quality of work was excellent.

Tom and his team did a fantastic job repairing my vintage 1930s windows.  Over the years the glazing had begun to dry out and separate from the glass and wood mullions.  During the sales process, Tom explained each step of project clearly and did an excellent job of setting my expectations.  Tom's team removed the old glazing material and installed new glazing material.  They also thoroughly scraped every bit of peeling paint from the windows and trim and primed and applied fresh paint.  The finished product was vintage windows that look practically new.  As for the price, my initial reaction was that it was high but having seen the finished product, I feel I got value for my money.  I couldn't be happier with the results and highly recommend Pinto Contracting.

The work has always been done on time and within estimated price. They are easy to work with and clear about what will be done. The crew has worked with Pinto for a long time and take pride in doing the work properly the first time. They are my go to contractors.

Pinto was fantastic. They showed up right on time to give us an estimate, their price was very good, and the completed the job exactly in the way they said they would -- and on time too. (We had a roof leak, and they repaired the damage inside and out.)
We will absolutely use them again, for big jobs and small.

They were always on time, came within budget, were excellent at communicating who would be at our house and what work was to be done. They had the same main employees both jobs (about 4 years apart). They provided quality service.

We initially thought we'd need to break through some walls to get the gas and electrical lines to the generator, but Pinto came up with an alternative strategy that did not result in this extra work and expense and was ultimately just as effective. Pinto managed or directly performed all work exactly as promised. They came to the house on multiple occassions to get the job done. They were always on time, clean and efficient. They were just terrific to work with. The workmanship was stellar. Because I know nothing about generators, I called Pinto many times during the process to ask questions. They responded to my calls immediately and never once made me feel like a bother (which I'm certain I was!) Pinto is a GREAT company. Ethical. Superb customer service. Knowledgable. Excellent quality workmanship. The estimate they provided me was exactly what they charged. There were no unexpected expenses or events. No surprises whatsoever. Everything was well planned and perfectly executed according to plan. HIghly recommend Pinto for generator installations and, I'm certain, for any type of general contracting work. A++++

The job itself went very smoothly. Tom stopped by to try to match the caulk, then we just gave them an extra piece of siding we had and the workers took it directly to their supplier. They caulked all that we discussed and more against the front of the house.
There haven't been any rain storms since, so we will have to report back on if it was effective.

Wow. Family friends were having renovations to their house at the same time. The difference was night and day. Marcel and his crew came every day between 8 and 8:15. They left every day between 4 and 5 after vacuuming and cleaning up their mess. They took a 30 minute lunch. In other words, the basics of professionalism were there. The quality was even better. When there were items that my husband would catch after work and want things fixed, I was able to easily say and quot;Don't worry, Marcel caught it and has already told the guys to do a little better ...sanding, etc.and quot;). In other words, they performed their own quality control. The work was on-time and satisfied perfectionists. We went above budget, but we changed things often throughout the process.

They are prompt in my calls for help and I turn to them Immediately when I have a problem. Their estimates of the costs are detailed and well explained and they are always reasonable in my opinion. Any anxieties I used to have about home maintenance and problems have been completely and quot;put to bedand quot; because of my relationship with Pinto Contractors. I couldn't be without them. They are a quality outfit!

I found Pinto on the recommendation of an Becker's Electric, also an Angie's list company. They started out doing some attic insulation installation and removal of some electrical wires. I talked to them about remodeling and they gave me an estimate. I decided use them and am so very happy I did. Tom and Kathy are very good owners and followed up on the job consistently. They always either answered the phone or got back to me quickly when I had questions. The main people that worked on the house were Fabian and Louis and they were there every day, on time. I thought they made excellent progress for the amount of work I had done and it was over before I knew it. The electrician they used, Becker, was great and so was the plumber. Fabian and Louis, however, always went the extra mile and I have to say although I would consider Pinto expensive, their work is aboslutely stellar. If you are like me and intend to live with the work they have done for a while, I would say they are definitely worth the price. I will use them again in the future.

Pinto was a subcontractor to Dwyer in renovating our bathroom. The first tile we choose was too expensive for our budget, so Pinto directed us to a person they work with at Daltile to help us choose different tiles that would make the job less expensive. They helped us make a few decisions about where to put accent tile and niche. Once they started the work, they were here every day until it was finished. When we noticed a spot where the caulk was missing, they came out two days later and fixed it. The tile looks great and we're happy with the job they did.
We do not know the price of the job as it was not broken out in the renovation estimate.

Pinto was recommended by my plumber because I needed some tiles replaced in the master bath. When Tom came over I asked him about doing additional work and ended up asking him for a quote for both upstairs baths. The quote came in at a reasonable amount and Pinto put my in touch with a tile specialist who knew exactly how to match my "blue" bathub with the right tile. I purchased all the fixtures myself, which was actaully a lot of fune and the entire installation process was great. Tom kept in touch on the progress and finished in the time frame he quoted.

The project went extremely well and I have been completely satisfied. I haven't had a leak since. There was practically no disruption in my activities during the time Pinto was here. Even though they had to turn the water off, they were able to turn it back on in the upper levels of my town house for my nighttime activities. In addition, they are experts at installing drywall and the painting matched the existing paint perfectly. This was the third or fourth time that I've used Pinto Contractors, as mentioned earlier. I think that they are outstanding and I heartily recommend them.

This company was recommended to me by Becker Electrical, a company that did the lighting work for me and had a good Angie rating. Pinto did a good jog and their workmen were very punctual and polite. I thought their price was a bit high, but decided to use them anyway. I would hire them again, but would get other estimates to determine if their price was normal for the job.
