It was the first time that I had engaged private investigation services, as I was very worried about the situation of a family member and needed to have their activities checked out over a period.  I found the investigators at PHYLEO very professional and competent. I was treated with courtesy and respect, and they showed understanding and sympathy for the problem I was experiencing. We had a very good working relationship from the outset. They were attentive to my wishes, and at the same time gave me sound advice on how to get the best out of their resources without incurring needless costs. I was consulted at every step and promptly provided with detailed reports.  Their fees are reasonable.  The office is in a quiet and discrete location with its own parking area, which is very helpful.

Phyleo provided me with Surveillance services to prove that my husband was having an affair.  They gave me several options as to how I could pursue the matter and were vigilant about making sure they weren't just spending my money.  I called around to
several other companies and found that surveillance can be very expensive; however Phyleo did a great job ensuring that I got the most out of the time that I paid for.  They also offer package deals allowing me to keep the cost down.  The investigators were very helpful, as well as tactful, while handling something that was very difficult for me.  They then provided me with the evidence I needed to feel confident about contacting an attorney and moving forward with my divorce.  I?m grateful for how quickly they were able to help me and all of the details they provided me with and while I hope I don?t need to use them again I wouldn't hesitate to.
