PERSONAL PRIDE FLOOR SVC

Not a good experience. It is very hard to get anyone on the phone once they have started work. Damon doesn't return calls once he has your business. After installation we discovered they had installed the floor over the tracks for a sliding glass door in one area of the house -they didn't do it in other areas with the exact same doors. We could not put the sliding screen door back on that entrance. They refused to fix it unless I paid for the repair. I had to hire another company to come fix their work. They were also very expensive.

We really liked him. We used him when we first moved in the house 14 years ago to do some basic hardwood flooring work. We were very impressed back then so we called the same guy on purpose. We found that he was still in business. It was good quality and his shop is still in business. He was extremely knowledgeable in what hardwood flooring matches best and worked best in our situation. There was real wood and engineered wood so it involved a massive amount of sanding and finishing. They matched it to the rest of the house and he knew how to do that and how long it would last. The price was what we expected to deal with and finish real oak.

This is the second time I have used Personal Pride Floor Services to refinish wood flooring beneath an old carpet, and both times they have done excellent work.  In this instance I needed to have the project begin on very short notice, and I was very impressed at the speed with which the owner came to my home, provided an estimate, and commenced the work.  It was completed within the time frame that he had indicated.  The quality of the work was excellent.  I intend to use them again in the future to refinish the flooring in my family room.  They are a pleasure to work with.
