Florists
This florist was supposed to deliver flowers to my wife on valentines day thru 1800 flowers. The flowers were not delivered that day. 1800 flowers called them the next day to follow up but the florist did not return their call. They were to deliver the flowers the following day and failed to again. I ended up canceling the order that Saturday. That evening the florist dropped off some flowers that looked awful, nothing like what I ordered. The leaves were torn and it was not a large arrangement as I ordered. It looked like they grabbed a bunch of leftover flowers stuffed them in a vase and delivered them. What an insult. Very unprofessional for not responding to 1800 flowers. They offered no reason for missing the delivery on valentines day. No apology at all. I will never do any business with this company. 1800 flowers to their credit did try to follow up with them and cancelled the order as I requested on saturday.
