Fantastic. We have never had a problem with the work Peck people have done. Things work well and look good. What sets this company apart, though, is the level of service. Everyone has been wonderful to deal with. They come when they say, are pleasant and professional, and genuinely care about making sure they are doing the right work the right way. Recently, we had a Peck plumber out because we had been told there was a problem with the gas line to our oven. He analyzed all possibilities, determined there was no true issue, and offered a range of approaches to make the situation better, if we wished. He listened and advised in a clear manner. Fabulous.

Chris was very thorough in his investigation and honest with us by confirming that there was no problem in our unit.  It would have been easy for someone to try to take advantage of us and tell us things needed repair that didn't.

After spending 3 hours between yesterday and today looking for a plumber and setting appointments, getting estimates etc. I called Pecks Plumbing and received a call back with a half hour. John sent his plumber Christian out within 30 minutes and he had the job which could have been a difficult job (because my crawl space is small) within an hour. Other companies told me at least 2-3 hours 2 men etc or they didn't do crawl spaces. They will be my plumber for life and I will recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber. He even gave suggestions about how to prevent it from happening again. Another company was going to charge me triple to do the same thing.

I could not be happier.
We had Washington Gas come out to our house to check out what seemed to be a gas leak. The gas tech confirmed that there was a slow leak in one of the joints in the gas line to the water heater. He red-tagged the meter, and we found Peck Plumbing on Angie's List right away.
I called and spoke to the owner (John), who took my call even though it was just after their regular business hours for the day. He assured me that they would have somebody out to my house the next day to fix the problem, and they did.
Chris and Lamont came out, assessed the gas lines in the basement, and did the work very quickly and thoroughly.
They were both very helpful in explaining exactly what they were doing, and offered a few other helpful pointers as well that were not directly related to the work on the water heater line.
Overall, I am very pleased with the service and professionalism from start to finish. The work was performed the very next day as promised, and was completed in less time and at less cost than initially quoted.
I am thoroughly satisfied with the work and the price. I will definitely call Peck the next time I have a plumbing issue.

Needed my stove's gas line moved down on the wall so my stove would fit back properly. Michael and son said they don't work on the kind of line I have (Titeflex). Told me it would be $1200 minimum to run a new line after showing up over an hour late. Chris came out, at the scheduled time, and adjusted it in less than an hour. Michael and Sons should give up their little jingle of "If they can't, we can . . . " to these guys!

I called on a Monday and spoke directly to John Peck. He was courteous and offered to send someone out to assess the problem and do the work the very next morning. When the plumber arrived, he was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to explain the problems to me. The Plumber spent approximately 2 hour in our house, with approximately 3/4 of the time being spent on the disposal. I thought $350 was a reasonable price for the work done, and I plan to use Peck Plumbing for all of our future plumbing needs.

I came home late on a cold Tuesday night in January to a watery mess in my ground floor rec room. A cold water supply line on an exterior wall froze with our low temps of the year and burst, flooding the 1/2 bath (being used as a closet) and my entire ground floor rec room. Water flowed into the backyard from the sliding glass door and into the street from the foundation in front of garage. On Wed I got to work looking for someone to complete the repair. The company recommended by my insurance company was not able to come out (maybe) until Monday. One of my neighbors (with same problem) gave high marks to Peck Plumbing via our HOA Google Group, so I gave them a call. I was able to speak with Mr. John Peck on Wed evening, and he said he would be able to get someone over in the morning. After a quick follow up phone call on Thursday morning, he sent over a repair tech.
The repair went quite well. Technician was professional and explained the repair and expectations well. After opening up the wall and identifying which pipe had caused the problem, he cut out the burst pipe, pulled out wet insulation, and cut out enough of the wet wall board to start the drying process. He quickly replaced the pipe, including matching the routing from higher up the line to the wall outlet for sink. Significantly, he also added foam insulation around the CPVC pipes, to slow the freezing in the future, and replaced or improved the mounting straps for both hot and cold water pipes. After waiting for repair to dry, he returned to test the new joints and clean up the work area. I was highly satisfied with his work.

Peck Plumbing is outstanding. I called numerous companies in the area and found that the cost to clear a drain was anywhere from $75.00 to $350.00, what an eye opener! Everyone has a different price structure and method for jacking up the price. Service fees just to show up are also very high. John Peck offered me a reasonable fixed price for the issue without any the possibility of additional charges. I initially started with a cheaper plumber who was unable to fix the problem, but also did not charge. John's brother Mike came the next morning and cleared the line with no problem. He was professional, courteous and knowledgable. I will definitely hire Peck Plumbing in the future for any plumbing needs.

My general contractor used Peck Plumbing for demolition and gutting of bathrooms, as well as addition of a second bathroom. All plumbing from original 1950s construction was removed and replaced. Work was done quickly and efficiently. The crew was responsive to requests and added an exterior water faucet at the last minute. Very pleased!

When you call in you usually talk directly to John Peck, the owner and a very attentive guy. He will do his best to have someone come out asap to assess the problem and if it can be fixed on the spot, it's done. If he has to pick up a hot water heater, he will be back a day later.
I cannot praise these guys enough. Prompt, clean (they always clean up after themselves) efficient and cost
competitive, they always provide me with terrific service. I got the referral from my neighbor who did
major renovation on his home, and he is equally pleased. Each one of the guys, including John the
owner, is a stand up guy and you get to know them on a first name basis quickly. I feel so comfortable and safe with
them in my home, and I know I am getting top notch work. I highly recommend them and would trust them with any plumbing work I needed done, from simple to complex.

I was very pleased with their work and they came out the same day I called to solve the problem. They were very nice and knew what they were doing; it was great. They were very upfront about the pricing and were professional. Everybody else we called could not do it for two or three days.

Overall it was great. To be fair, they are a small company, and sometimes hard to get a hold of, but their price is much better than the big companies. The owner stopped by my house to get an idea of what needed to be done - for no charge. His team came out a few days later to do the work. The work looks great, and so far there have been no leaks.
