The representatives were professional, offered a variety of sneakers of different types, and was knowledgeable about their fit and quality. They also happily returned a pair of sneakers that did not fit well and needed to be exchanged. The prices however are not as competitive as one can find online.

I love this store as the staff treats me like 'running family'. They are very knowledgeable of their products, especially the shoes. And the store feels like the epicenter of running as not only do I get my running gear, but I'm also able to plug into the running community with their Fun Runs, Training Programs and their "Events" side.......who put on the various local running races (think 5K and 10K, etc.). But probably their best feature is that they take the time and interest as to your running goals and running form and fit you to the correct shoe to accomplish your goals. This has directly lead to my successes in many race endeavors.
