Raymond fixed several problems in an old bathroom. He arrived on time, explained the problems, gave an estimate, and completed the work within the estimate. He also explained what he had done.

I have had so many water issues since this company came to work on my home. I called them out to install a reverse osmosis water filter under my sink. During the installation a huge water leak occurred in my basement. I thought this must be a issue with my sink. No, it was the poor workmanship and the repairs issue continued. In the end I hired another company and spent several thousand dollars repairing the sloppy poor quality work. Beware this company will cause more water damage than you began with. I gave them an opportunity to fix the shoddy workmanship, but all that was received was more of the same and a huge mess of plaster and dust for me to clean up.

The work that he did was not done properly, he installed the water heater and the gas lines but failed to do the air pressure test. The pressure was not enough to heat up the water and run the gas water heater. No other plumber will touch his work and finish out the job. I have paid Raymond Odemns in full, he doesn't return my calls, I have sent numerous messages on his voicemail, but he was being unresponsive and doesn't even take my calls anymore. He left me on a rock as no one will work on things that he did, other plumbers wants to do the installation all over again to do the pressure testing and everything. This is after Raymond Odemns got paid in full.

Raymond arrived when he promised. He surveyed the shower work to be done quoted a good price. He was able to start work immediately and worked 4 hours to complete. I noticed he took a lot of care in his work and was careful all with work was finished before he left. I waited a couple of days check his work so this review would be accurate.

The installation service was excellent. Received a thorough explanation of the system after the work was completed.

Raymond was responsive and clearly an expert in his field. He explained the problems with the plumbing leading to our water filtration system and was able to correct it to avoid a potentially bigger problem.

Odemz removed an old oil tank from my backyard. He was prompt and professional. He explained everything he did and answered all my questions. He cleaned up afterwards. Great job.

Ray has completed several plumbing jobs for us. He is timely, professional, and knowledgeable. He has become our go to guy for plumbing repairs. He has completed small jobs such as replacing water valves to bigger jobs such as repairing some old copper piping. We had a mysterious leak under our sink. Several other plumbers misdiagnosed the problem yet the leak persisted. Ray was able to determine that the dishwasher was the culprit and was able to repair it once and for all. I would happily recommend Ray to anyone who needs a great plumber!

Excellent-called because of a leak coming from our kitchen faucet. He had to replace the faucet and found a second leak to the connection of the dishwasher. He then checked the water pressure within our pipes and found that it was at 90 instead of the 60-70 Range. He explained that the water pressure that high could cause leaks in our pipes. This explained the leak we had several monthes earlier in our basement . No one had ever explained the importance of water pressure to us. It was an education! He was very thorough. A week later we had a big water problem at our business office. Again he came to our rescue . He is very responsive And competent — qualities in today’s world that are hard to find!!!!

This company was exceptional. The gentleman responded almost immediately to my fiance speaking about the busted pipe he arrived on time. He was sure to wear a mask he explained everything to me fully. Everything was affordable. He was in and out. If I'm ever in a situation like this again I will be calling them. These are my plumbers now.
