Thanks to NOVA Consulting Services, my roofer has agreed to totally replace my badly installed roof. I had been trying for months to get the roofer to take responsibility, but NOVA s photo-documentation of all of the problems and their accompanying report finally did the trick. Couldn t have done it without them!!!!!!!

For a home buying inspection, my experience was horrible. Its so hard to get either one of them online to start with but their rating kept me going. You have to get someone to answer your phones - a groggy sounding voice is not very welcoming - but its up to you. On inspection day Brandon seemed more interested in conversing with my agent - not too worried about ensuring, I, as the paying client got things clarified - where is your customer focus? I specifically reminded him about the detached garage but he forgot to inspect that. Later that day I get a call from Thomas asking for payment. I enquire about the garage, and the response was "I don't know, he is the one out on the field". Where is your team work? Next day he did inspect that and sent me a separate report for the garage. Again I had to ask for the whole report. What the hell is happening? The report is a bunch of construction terms thrown in with some pictures, with no effort made to check if I got everything and understood them. When I did the regular home inspection they come up with some items in the roof, no idea how NOVA missed it. Not worth what they charge. Never seen a team this dis-coordinated. Wonder if they wrote their own reviews on Thumbtack.

NOVA responded to my work request promptly. They arrived on time and were very thorough explaining each step of the process. I would absolutely recommend them.
