Notting Hill Design Build Construction is a custom design build general contracting company based in Alexandria, VA offering both design-build and traditional general contracting services and full architectural services. Although our specialty is design-build, we often build for other Owners as acting General Contractor working with an Architect. Notting Hill Design Build Construction was founded as an extension of Notting Hill Gardens Landscape Design. Often we found that while on a project constructing outdoor living spaces that many clients requested renovations to their homes that would extend their living spaces to include our outdoor designs and outdoor spaces. As a result, today we are able to control all aspects of construction from interior to exterior and blend them seamlessly. Notting Hill Design Build Construction was founded in 2007 by Geoffrey C. Stone and Tim Liller as a way to better control the construction process, insure quality detail in construction, and deliver projects to clients in a more efficient way. Notting Hill Gardens Landscape Design was founded by Geoffrey C. Stone in 1999.
