They were wonderful, they showed me pictures of what I needed and showed me how things worked. They were good at contacting other vendors when I needed help. They are used to dealing with professional plumbers but you could not tell that when they were dealing with me they were great. They broke everything down for me so that I could understand.

After visiting a couple of other home repair stores looking for a specific, off-brand part for our bath/shower, we were referred to Northeastern Supply. The customer service was fantastic, helping us to identify the manufacturer of the part. Although they didn't have it in stock, they called both a supplier and then a competitor to help us get the part as quickly and inexpensively as possible. Would definetly do business with them again.
