The level of professionalism was always present, but when you get out on the road, the stress was gone. My teacher (Mohammed) was so calm, collected and extremely friendly; when actually driving the amount of stress that you would normally feel when driving with the DMV was practically gone. Mohammed knew the ins and outs of every route, parkway, highway, exit, etc. His teaching style was very engaging and educational as well as patient which helped so much in the long run after out five lessons and even during the actual driving test. The convenience of taking the driver's test through Noble made it so much easier to earn my driver's license. I highly recommend this course as you will learn a lot and can get your permit, driver's safety course, license, etc done quickly and affordably .

Very well. Mohammed was an excellent instructor who made learning how to drive fun. He was very patient when she was learning to drive and was able to correct her without being harsh about it. He was also very through in making sure she understood the rules of the road. He also provided tips to help her remember things how to do things correctly. It was a good experience because she learned about driving in a non structured way, which allowed her to feel more confident in operating a vehicle than she did with another driving school.

I had not driven in a couple of years and I wanted to brush up on my driving skills. Mohammed Bashir was a fantastic driving instructor. He always texted the night before to confirm the time of our next meeting. We started the first lesson in a parking lot and then progressed to driving on slower roads, roads with lots of stop signs, and eventually the highway. We also practiced parking. He was always calm and encouraging and he had great tips. I would highly recommend Noble Driving Academy and Mohammed in particular.

I couldn't be more pleased and am only sorry that I didn't call them sooner as it might have saved me some tense moments trying to teach my teen how to drive. My daughter's instructor, Mohammed, was wonderful. He reached out to me first to make sure I understood the process and answer any questions. Then he worked directly with my daughter to work out a schedule for when they could drive together because she has after-school sports every day and I was traveling for work. Mohammed was very flexible and worked around her schedule. He was extremely focused on safety with my daughter, had a tremendous amount of patience. He identified areas where she needed improvement and coached her through it until he was comfortable with her skills. He made the experience enjoyable for her while ensuring she acquired skills and a respect for the responsibility of driving. Many of my daughter's friends went to a different driving school because 'everyone else does' but I am so glad that I chose Noble instead as my daughter received a very personalized, professional and thorough education.

Before her lessons with Muhammed Bashir, my daughter only had experience driving in a parking lot and on little-traveled inner roads. As a result of the lessons, she now feels comfortable driving on major roads with traffic. My daughter describes Muhammed as very encouraging, patient, and professional. He pointed out what to expect on a DMV road test and what to avoid. He progressively challenged her when she thought she was ready.
For all of us, her driving lessons with Muhammed were a very positive experience. Before the lessons, he talked with us about how he hoped to space the lessons, answered our questions, and how he would challenge her with more difficult situations when she was ready. After the lessons, he summarized her progress.

I was referred to Noble Driving Academy through a friend. And after my initial call, I was convinced this was the right company! I have to say, reviews on Angie?s list are spot on and not once did I feel pressured into selecting particular services. The registration process was simple and very accommodating as I have a busy schedule and it is difficult for me to be at the house along with our Au pair. Our instructor was Edward; he is very patient and has great passion for safe driving. Edward was always on time and even spent extra time on the road when our Au pair was late. This is a company that fosters a culture of true customer?s service, as it was evident from the first call to the last lesson. Lastly, I even had Roger (Office Manager) follow up two days after the lessons!

I both called and submitted web forms over the course of a week to ask someone to call me back to arrange for private driving instruction for our nanny. There was never any follow-up; in fact, every time I called to speak with someone, I was told I would receive a return call to schedule a lesson, but I never received a return call. I was surprised at their lack of responsiveness and professionalism given their high ratings.

It was excellent! At first we were hesitant as the initial phone conversation and email with the company were a bit sketchy, however the driving instructor Muhammed Bashir proved to be a consummate professional. He was able to take a complete non-driver, and one who was very anxious about driving, and have her fully prepared and passing the exam in 10 lessons. She felt completely comfortable and learned well from Muhammed's teaching style and obvious expertise in teaching all types of new drivers. The proof is in the outcome and she is now a licensed driver who is still somewhat anxious behind the wheel but getting better every day. We would recommend Muhammed to anyone seeking a positive experience learning to drive!

My wife and I cannot speak highly enough about Noble Driving Academy of Alexandria, and the assigned driving instructor, Mohammed Bashir. My wife is from Uzbekistan, and she needed driving lessons prior to taking her driver's test for the first time.
After some initial research on-line comparing schools, followed by some phone calls, we settled on Noble, and am very happy that we did. Soon after filling out the registration on-line for my wife, the office manager contacted me and explained their pricing and services. After setting up a tentative date for my wife's first lesson, Mohammed called us to to confirm when the date rolled around, and then we discussed the class schedule and driving lesson package. We ultimately settled for the initial 5-lesson package, about an hour to 1.5 hours each. That package had Mohammed scheduling the lessons direct with my wife via text and phone, and coordinating his other student's schedules with my wife's work schedule.
After the first 5 lessons were complete, Mohammed spoke with me on the phone to explain my wife's driving progress, and what she needed to work on in order to get ready for the driving test. We then agreed on another 5 lesson package, this time at a reduced cost because of the repeat business. We also used Mohammed's Noble Driving Academy car for my wife's test (though there was an extra charge for that), because it was the car she was most comfortable driving. Ultimately, my wife passed her driving test on the first attempt, and we have Mohammed's patience, knowledge, encouragement and great teaching style to thank for that.

Over the summer I contacted Noble Driving Academy to take driving lessons, with the goal of getting my license by the end of the summer. I was definitely VERY happy with the service I got from everyone at Noble Driving Academy. The communication was prompt and professional and I was quickly able to schedule my first session. I was at first a little bit nervous because of the price, but you are definitely paying for better quality with this school because you are getting actual driving lessons, as opposed to just hours of experience driving a car.
My instructor was Adeel, who was very personable. He was very calm even when I made mistakes, which definitely helped me not to feel nervous when driving. At the same time, there was still a big emphasis on safety. Also, from the very first lesson he was reviewing basic driving skills with me ? things that experienced drivers don?t think about, but newer drivers would
struggle with. He didn?t make any assumptions about what I did or didn?t know, which was helpful to me. When I did something right he would tell me, and when I did something wrong he would explain how to correct the problem in the future.
Also, I told him that my goal was to take the road test by the end of the summer, and he worked with that goal in mind throughout the 5 sessions.
After my 5 sessions were over, I continued to practice for the road test for about 2 more weeks. After that, I went to take the road test, and I passed on the first try ? and this was well before the summer was over!
Overall, I was very impressed with how professional both Adeel and the people I spoke with on the phone/emailed were, and I was also impressed with the amount of instruction I received in just 5 sessions. In 5 sessions with Adeel, I had enough skills to take the road test. I would highly recommend this school to adults who are trying to learn to drive, need help with the basic driving skills, and who don?t feel like wasting time and money with driving schools that really don?t care whether you succeed.

My daughter had tried to master driving, but had anxiety about driving in general coupled with a less than great experience with another driving school a year earlier. She wanted to drive but everything about it confused and panicked her.
I was referred to Noble Driving by a family friend. From the first phone call to discuss what Noble Driving could do to help til the very last lesson, our experience was terrific. My daughter had her confidence back in the first lesson. Her instructor was Adeel Tahir and he was excellent. He put her at ease in the car, and she said he was reassuring throughout the lessons. He provided exceptionally detailed observations of her driving skills, and developed an individualized plan for her. She was the only student in the car -- not crammed in with others for hours at a time. Her lessons began and ended on time, and each time I could see the growth in her skills and confidence. At the end of her first set of lessons, he again offered a detailed observation of her skills with suggestions for additional lessons to strengthen her ability as a driver.
She ended up doing a total of 9 lessons -- 5 for the first round, and then an additional 4. We got a returning customer discount. Most important: his guidance was correct. She agreed that she did need the extra lessons to fine tune her driving and to feel comfortable on the road. Most importantly, she passed her drivers test.
Not every driver learns the same way -- some need one-on-one instruction to fit their learning style. Exceptional customer service and a great experience.

My daughter needed some extra driving practice and review for the road skills test after living in cities and overseas for the past few years. There were some initial hiccups with scheduling, which is why "responsiveness" only gets a B grade here. (D for the main office, A for her instructor.) She scheduled the lessons over a month in advance, including dates and preferred times, and was not contacted with final information until less than 48 hours (zero business days) before the first lesson. (She followed up twice the preceding week and was told "soon".) At that point, she was asked if her dates were flexible, which--by then--they were not. There was some back-and-forth with the main office but eventually everything was worked out. Her instructor, Mohammed, was very helpful during this process and was punctual when the lessons began.
Mohammed was extremely patient, calm, and informative during the lessons. He reviewed all the basics with my daughter, who'd done almost no driving in over six years, then gradually moved on to bigger challenges, like highway driving and parallel parking. He was full of great tips for the road skills test, and each lesson was a mix of new challenges and review. By the end of the week, she was ready for the test and passed it with flying colors!

I initially sought information and scheduling for this service at the end of June. Due to Noble's highly professional reputation, their services are in high demand. Noble Driving Academy was able to reserve my son for the later part of July, which I was ok with since he did not meet the 9 month requirement for his driving permit until mid-August. There was a slight mix-up in scheduling, but I honestly have to say, Roger with Noble Driving Academy contacted me and was very apologetic and willing to go the extra mile to make everything right. In this day and age of customer service, in many cases the lack thereof, his willingness to make sure we had a great experience said a lot about this organization and how much they value their customers - even potential customers.
All in all, everything went well and my son's behind the wheel instruction with Mohammed has been a success. It was a pleasure working with Mohammed. He was very professional, did a wonderful job working with my son, especially providing tips and extra guidance in parking, an area in which my son needed a little help. Mohammed took the time to go over all the paperwork in detail, as well as what to expect during the provisional licensing period.

We had an excellent experience from start to finish. They were very responsive when I contacted them as an Angie's List member. We received a discount on the series of lessons. According to our children, their instructor Adeel was very good at explaining the mechanics and gave them specific suggestions on when to start turning into a parking space, where to look and how to judge when they could pull back in after passing a car, etc. My daughter said he was calm and unflappable, and spoke clearly. He had a brake on his side of the car, in case there was a wrong move. I also commend him for providing feedback to us (the parents) after several lessons, and then after the series was ended. We continued to do practice drives after the lessons, as they suggested, and our children both passed their road tests with no problems.

My daughters Instructor, Mohammed, was outstanding. He was not only on time, every time, but also was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful.
