Nightingale is a highly reliable and professional firm and they have always gone above the minimums required in our service contract. They have routinely provided special pickup services to our community members when requested and rarely bill for the special services as long as it occurs during the normal scheduled pickup. Their prices are very competitive compared to other firms in the area. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Excellent service. They make the schedule unless the roads are clearly blocked by snow. They missed fewer than 3-4 times in as many years. Never more than one day even for a big snow.. The trucks are clean and the crews are extremely professional. No recycle bins thrown around. Empty containerd carefully placed back in the original location. They have never failed to pick up year debris even when not ties in bundles. It is clear that they stress good service to all employees. We also have another trash pick up service on the street and the difference is very obvious. NGT is far superior.

They pick up garden and grass clippings. They bill quarterly.
