Overall, the experience isn't working for me. I have clothes and shoes pulled out of closets, and my house looks a mess! Im ready for putting my house back in order and this is beginning to be ridiculous. So I came here to search for a company more reliable. I pride myself on using LSDBEs here in the Washington, DC area. I'm at my wits end with this company. Hope this helps!! Description of Work: IHe inspected the house both inside and out, found holes around the house and covered them, then put glue traps in all of the areas he felt. He even went in the attic So essentially what he did was prep work. He came back a few days after the initial assessment and informed me that it looks like the problem was deteriorating. Now there are things pulled out of closets, and stuff in the attic that he promised to clear, patch holes if necessary. He is an extremely hard worker once he makes a commitment to follow up. I have now seen mouse poop in my master bath, and I am NOT happy about it. I

It started very well, but was never finished. Napoleon can do very nice work, but he gave me a story about needing to be paid in full because he couldn't meet payroll. There was about $350.00 of work left of plumbing plus two shelves to be installed. They never got installed and the work that I had paid his plumber for never got finished.
Description of Work: The rear of my basement was finished and a bath added. This meant laying in the plumbing for the toilet, sink, and shower..
