Shawn came for the second visit, this time to complete the treatments discussed during his first visit. He was timely, professional and well prepared. During his visit, he carefully explained what he was doing, any possible impact of his treatments, risks and benefits of the treatments, and expectations. He was very pleasant, and willing to adjust scheduling and future treatments. As we had just returned from the hospital with a new baby, we had concerns for pest control treatments. Shawn was very understanding and accomadating, allowing us to reschedule our indoor treatments for a later date, more acceptable to our schedule.
