MI&T was established in 2009 and is headquartered in Chicago, IL. In a short period of time we have expanded operations to over 50 major metropolitan areas. We’ve established ourselves as the leaders in the mold inspection field and are one of the few test only companies in the mold industry. After spending time working for a local restoration franchise, we noticed there was a significant problem. That issue was the people evaluating properties for problems were also the same ones in charge of fixing them. As you can imagine this is a huge conflict of interest. Once we decided to separate ourselves from the restoration process, we noticed how much our service was valued
