Mold Trackers came to our home the day after I called. We discussed the testing I wanted done and it was done totally to my satisfaction. The owner of the company is very knowledgeable about molds and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who thinks they may have a mold problem.
Description of Work: I need our basement remediated for mold growth and Mold Trackers tested our outside walls for mold growth.

Aside from a dead squirrel in our dryer vent, there was toxic mold found on the samples he took from some areas of the basement where water was finding it's way in from an improperly installed downspout. We had the issue remediated and all has been well since!
Description of Work: We have a toddler and a strange smell in our basement, so the inspector checked the house from top to bottom with an infrared camera and took samples for mold from the basement, radiation levels for radon, electromagnetic samples, and water testing.

Mold Hackers, LLC offers the following services: We offer Mold Inspections and Testing of samples we collect and send to a highly accredited CSI-type lab called Seeml.com. Our service will also include a FREE water test telling you how many particles should NOT be in your tap water, and soon a geiger counter telling you the same regarding radioactive levels that might be in or near your home from power lines, magnetic fields, other electronics, etc., and this service will also be included free with your mold inspection testing.
We do NOT offer mold remediation services as that creates a conflict of interest that many companies are taking advantage of these days. A good portion of our business is from customers calling us after reading inflated results these dishonest companies give, & they are right to do so when they save thousands in needless remediation costs. Bottom line; we have no interest in finding what isn't there. We just want to give you THE most accurate results from the latest technology, and more.
