Carpet Cleaning
I have recently moved to this area, and where I previously lived I checked carpet cleaning companies to see if they were certified through an institution. Mr. Kleen was certified, but they were absolutely horrible. They ruined three pieces of my furniture. They neglected to do a spot test so the dye ran in 3 out of 4 pieces of my furniture. They said the carpet would dry in three hours, it was still wet two days later. Now I am concerned about mold growing in the carpet pad. They even asked for payment after they ruined my furniture, so I have yet to pay them.
