Midas installed the tires and recommended an alignment (since my old tires were worn unevenly). The did a good job installing the tires but the alignment, they were only able to get into the specified range, nowhere near the middle of the range. They also left the key in the car turned on overnight draining my battery. This caused me to need a new battery just a couple of months later. They offered no apology or discount on service provided.

Midas Alexandria I spent $ 419.00. First of all there is a guy there named Jerry who runs it and he is outstanding. They do everything. They don't do body work but they do everything else. He was recommended to me by another place that does body work. It's kind of like an inside club, you know what I mean? I never used them before but I was having a lot of rattles in my SUV and I couldn't figure it out. Everybody put it up on the rack and couldn't figure it out. And then finally he figured it out. And then he said to me look I don't want you to think I am trying to hustle you for business, but the rotors on your brakes are going. They may last another six months or a year, but you know what you don't want to fuss with it. And I said to him, you know what Jerry fix them. You are an honest guy. And he said well thanks. They fixed it that afternoon. No messing around. Very timely and he was good and there was one, I said there is one other thing he said where is it at and I said I got in the care with him and his mechanic and he said I know exactly where it is. So we went back into the garage and it was something up in the front and he got it in about a minute. He didn't charge me any more or anything like that. I'm 71 years old and I've met a lot of mechanics in my life, more bad than good. Then he said to me I'm going to give you this thing, it's for four oil changes in a year and it's like $20 off the price which is substantial. He said just bring it in four times this year we'll just do it right up and what not. He said if anything else happens we'll take care of it, don't worry about it. This guy was just a straight guy and a nice guy. That's the kind of guy I want to do business with.
