They are a very large company in the Washington DC area. I have high voltage in an empty house, so I called them about that. I live in Maryland but my house is in Virginia. I had made an arrangement with them and we had a 4 hour window of opportunity and they were supposed to come at that time. I drove over and waited for 4 hours and they didn?t show up. I called them and they said that they would arrange it for another time and I don?t have to pay the service charge. So, I went over and I waited again until the last minute and the person finally came. He covered his shoes before he came into the house which was good. He did not do everything that he had to do and did not solve the problem. I had to call the electrical company and they told me what he should have done. I was completely not satisfied with their service.

THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND MADE SURE THE PRODUCT CAME OUT THE WAY I WANTED IT TO. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE AND THE FINAL PRODUCT LOOKED PROFESSIONAL.
