It went pretty well. They were able to find us a low cost solution for a muffler issue. Another shop wanted to charge us $1200 to replace the complete exhaust. I went to Meineke and they welded a pipe together and charged us $75. It has been working just fine since. It is a good place to go for mufflers and exhausts for low cost solutions. I had trouble getting in touch with them once and it took longer than expected to get the work done. I would definitely use them again for a similar issue.

They got me in on a next day appointment and gave me an estimate of $120 for 1 hours of labor, and $89 for the replacement muffler. I inquired on part options and found that they used a Thrush turbo, that I was happy with them to install. I thought it was a steep price, so I looked it up. The muffler was a $25-30 muffler at the local auto parts store, where they get their parts from. I promptly used a $20 coupon, from the web site, after the price quote and work. This took some of the sting out of the huge mark-up on parts. Overall, Alex and his staff was professional and the service was great.

I am getting ready for a trip where I will be driving. I keep my vehicle serviced as required. However prior to a road trip I need an extra look/inspection to make sure systems are good to go and nothing to generally worry about. I stopped into the Pep Boys shop up the road and inquired with them. Both gentlemen who worked there indicated that this Meineke was the place to go. That this shop was where they took their vehicles.
The Meineke shop was pleasant, warm and genuinely concerned with addressing my auto problems. Alex and Joe were helpful, quick, honest and frank. They informed me of the issues and provided me solid solutions. They found the issues I was concerned about that prior shops kept overlooking and worked quickly to resolve. Seriously grateful and greatly satisfied. I would recommend to all my friends and give them a A+ in all categories. Affordable and honest!

Truly was one of the best experiences I have had in getting my car serviced and issues repaired in the past 3 years.

They were the first to detect that I needed new pads. I had gotten a second opinion about the pads. The repair shop that I had taken it to had said that I needed pads. I had previously bought pads from another repair shop, but they hadn’t detected it. Meineke charged really less and were very honest.

They provide regular inspections of our vehicle and oil changes. They are honest, quick with the service and they do tell you if you need anything additional done. They keep records of all your services right there at the store which is very helpful. They let us know when we are due to replace a filter but they do not try to hard sell you on anything. They let us know when we needed to replace our tires and they do not even sell tires.

I called them around 4:00 p.m. and although they said they couldn't get to me that day, they would put me on first thing at 9:00 the next morning. I got in right away the next day, and they did all the work in about an hour. I was expecting the worst since I had gotten a bid from another shop for $695 to replace the whole exhaust system, but the Meineke technician said only a part needed to be replaced. I haven't taken the car back for its follow up inspection, but I felt the staff was honest and did what needed to be done, not adding on more items unnecessarily.
