 + -1 moreIt was not a good experience. I thought they didn't know their products well. I remember that the sales people were not knowledgeable and my husband and I did most of the work figuring out which was the better deal and it was kind of okay look around, we don't want pushy sales people but we would have liked more input from them as to why we should spend this $1000. I would not use them again.

 + -1 moreI was treated well at the store and my questions were answered. There was no pressure to purchase a more expensive bed. I purchased the mattress I picked out. The delivery process went as I was told with no problems. This was a good experience.
Description of Work: On August 6, 2011 I went to Mattress Discounters and dealt with Jon Clark. He was cordial and courteous in addition to being knowledgeable about his products. There was no high pressure exerted. I purchased a queen size bed and was given three optional dates for delivery. I selected the following Saturday and was told that the store would contact me Friday and provide a delivery time for Saturday. On Friday evening I was told the bed would be delivered between 7 and 10AM. I was also informed that I would receive a call prior to delivery. On Saturday at 6:35AM I received a call stating the mattress would be delivered in about a half hour. At 7:05AM the delivery truck arrived. Two individuals set up the frame and brought the bed inside. By 7:12AM they were done. I found the experience a good one and was pleased with the entire transaction. I would certainly purchase from this store again.
