It was not a good experience. I thought they didn't know their products well. I remember that the sales people were not knowledgeable and my husband and I did most of the work figuring out which was the better deal and it was kind of okay look around, we don't want pushy sales people but we would have liked more input from them as to why we should spend this $1000. I would not use them again.

I was treated well at the store and my questions were answered. There was no pressure to purchase a more expensive bed. I purchased the mattress I picked out. The delivery process went as I was told with no problems. This was a good experience.
