They come weekly. Julio is the owner and he is just wonderful to deal with. They're like family. This summer is particularly a good example where we had a lot of days where we had to cancel because we had workers coming. We went on vacation and you can call him and say can you come on Thursday instead of Tuesday or can we skip next week. He just couldn't be more cooperative. I've just never had a problem with them.

I recommend Marlina's cleaning service. She's very professional, punctual and details oriented. She pays attention to every minute details and requests for the cleaning services she provides. Her ladies have been cleaning my home every other week and we're very happy with the service.

Started out great, but service went downhill. I notified them on my dissatisfaction and they immediately addressed the problem and it has been good ever since. The cost is more than I was paying previously, but the cleaning is better. I would recommend this provider.

Evangelina (the owner) came to our home for a walk-around with us before commencement of service, to see the scope of the job and hear from us firsthand any concerns or specific requests she might have. She offers cleaning at any periodicity that the client desires; we chose weekly service. Her team performed a full-house deep clean for the first week of service, and comprehensive weekly clean thereafter. The results are outstanding, as her team arrives right on schedule for the appointed day. They leave the hose sparkling clean after every visit, and they even include nice touches such as decorative folding of towels on racks. Evangelina is readily accessible by email or phone for any special needs or instructions. She has a convenient online invoice and payment arrangement.

It went very well. The only thing they missed was the vent in the bathrooms.

The manager came to our house before the cleaning, made notes for her team, and gave us a custom quote. She also followed up with a text so we knew exactly what to expect. The deep cleaning went so great that we signed up for bimonthly service, which is something we've never done with any other cleaning company! Pricing is very reasonable (love the Angies List discount for the first few cleanings), and the customer service is great ... they are so responsive! They are also very careful not to let our cat out, which is really important (and getting rid of all the cat hair of course). Bottom line, Marlina cleans my house better than I do! Highly recommend!

The initial consultation went very well. The owner is professional, informative with a very pleasant disposition. It was followed up by a really deep cleaning that was very thorough and made a noticeable difference. The follow up cleaning was done by a different person and was fairly basic, but obviously couldn't be compared to the initial visit and went without a hitch. All in all we are very happy with the service and at this point have no qualms about referring them to others : )

We recently moved back to the area after being gone for four years. Unfortunately, upon our return we realized our previous cleaning service was no longer in business. Trustworthiness and professionalism were top on our list...and we were hesitant to welcome strangers into our home. Due to good ratings on Angie's List, I reached out to Marlina, LLC. I immediately received a response from Evangelina, who went out of her way to accommodate our schedules to provide an estimate for services. She was prompt, professional and very friendly. After the first cleaning (deep cleaning), we were impressed and asked them to continue cleaning our home bi-weekly. They are always on time, professional and you would hardly know we have a dog, cat and four year old at home. In addition, Evangelina is also very responsive. If you email, text or call, she will get back with you in a timely manner. The only thing I was a bit surprised about is we must provide the cleaning supplies, vacuum, etc. Not that this is bad, it is just the first time I've encountered this requirement.

Marlina cleans my house better than I can. That's probably the biggest complement I can give them, because one of my reservations with getting a maid service was that they wouldn't be able to do a good of a job as I could (I used a chain maid service once a few years ago and wasn't impressed.) With Marlina, however, this is not true. In fact, I'm not sure how they got certain areas as clean as they did. From the stovetop, to the shower, windows, and appliances, everything was sparkly and fresh. Pricing is very reasonable, and the customer service is great, too. Evangelina came to our house before the cleaning, made notes for her team, and gave us a custom quote. we signed up for bimonthly service, and am happy that there's one less thing we have to worry about on the weekend now.

Marina came by to give an estimate before the actual day of the cleaning.  This was very helpful because she had a chance to go through in detail everything that was included in the price of the cleaning.  I got the 40% off Angie's List discount and elected to add on monthly service. 
On the day of the cleaning, Marina brought two women to do the cleaning and went through everything with them.  She left them to do the work and then came back at the end to make sure everything was done correctly.
Everything was done very well.  I thought the women were very pleasant and attentive.  They worked very hard - even working around me.  I had just gotten back from a trip and the last thing I felt like doing was cleaning! 
The house was spotless when they left.
The biggest thing that really helped was they vacuumed, cleaned, and polished my hardwood floors - even moving the chairs around and pulling the carpet up. 
I will definitely use again, and like I said, I have already scheduled for the monthly service.

Very happy with the service, the house was spotless! We are super happy and have signed up for them to clean bi-monthly. They even removed oven knobs and our stainless steel was perfect. Most importantly, our shower glass was flawless. I have never been able to get the glass that clear!

The ladies were excellent! They thoroughly dusted, vacuumed , and mopped. And also did a great job cleaning the grimy bathrooms. I would definitely hire them again!
