I hired this company due to positive reviews. The owner came and did an assessment and informed me the first time deep clean would be about 4 hours and would cost $280. Thereafter -it would be 2 hours every 2 weeks and would cost $130. I live in a 1700 sq ft townhouse. I thought this was similar to others so I signed up. I used the service a total of 4 times and I was not impressed. On 2 occasions it appeared they did not properly clean the inside of the toilet or the toilet seat. Additionally, they did not do a good job on the stove and they did not clean properly behinds the stove or under the above stove microwave (mind you it was not extremely dirty). They spent more time “dusting the walls” than anything and seemed to just be killing time until the time was up. They often finished early and when I would ask them to go back to clean something they missed they seemed upset. I decided to find another cleaning service-I decided to stay away from big cleaning companies where the employees are underpaid and where they value word of mouth endorsements.

Quality of cleaning was marginal - certainly not great and I was never "wowed". On several occasions I pointed out a concern and without fail, every piece of feedback was met with defensiveness and insinuation that it was my "fault". The final and last straw was when an item was removed from our house (either by mistake or on purpose) and there was no action taken to resolve. Again, as in the past, I guess it was our "fault". While Paula makes a good sales pitch, she does not follow thru with quality control. I got the sense from the beginning that she takes good care of her staff and that is why I picked this company; however, she takes it overboard thinking that her staff can do absolutely no wrong. Training is not consistent with the staff, some are good, others are not. I've tried hard to work thru issues with Paula giving lots of feedback but I'm not wasting any more of my time. Will move on with someone else who is a little more customer focused.

Sandra and Jackie did an excellent job. They were nice and professional and did a great job. House had been empty for a couple of months and the dust was ridiculous. The place looked fantastic after they cleaned. Will definitely use them again.

Paula is detail oriented, organized, and a pleasure to work with. She requested to meet with me prior to the initial clean so that we were clear on what would be done, and checked in immediately following the service to make sure we were happy. She gives us a window of about an hour for the arrival of her team which helps us plan, and they are always on time. As far as the cleaning goes, her team is far more thorough than other cleaners we've had in the past. I'm very pleased with the level of service and attention to detail. I've already recommended Paula to friends - she runs a great business.

I have used Maid Solution for a little bit more than one year for monthly house cleaning, and they also handled move out cleaning when I recently changed residences. They have been excellent. They are extremely dependable, the quality of the cleaning has been very good, and the service is extremely well-managed (by Paula Garrison, who has always been extremely responsive and accessible). I just moved within Alexandra and am continuing to use them. I would recommend them highly to anyone.

They were excellent! Spent 4 hours cleaning 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms' living room , dining room, kitchen, screened in porch and family room. It sparkles! I have now hired them twice monthly and if they continue as well as today I will be a very happy customer. I will keep you posted!

I am pregnant and to the point where I can't clean our house the way I want and need to. My husband suggested hiring a cleaning service - to which I've always felt was unnecessary and a luxury. Besides, I am a clean freak and didn't think anyone would clean as good as I did. Wow was I wrong! I broke down and searched here on Angie's list and the internet for reputable services and found the reviews for Maid Solutions to be the best. I called the General Manager Paula who came same day to provide an estimate. We set up my first service (bi-weekly) for today. I was anxious to get home to see the results. I have to say our house has NEVER been this clean despite my best attempts. I can honestly say EVERY nook and cranny of this place is dust and dirt free. They additionally cleaned/organized the fridge and the stove. Grime and dirt I've struggled with over the course of years is just simply gone now. I was so stressed about how I was going to manage cleaning and maintaining the house with the baby on the way and both of us working full time. I feel a complete weight off of my shoulders and I cannot begin to articulate the quality of their work. Best money I ever spent.
