During a previous session with Mr. Ly, he asked me to write down any questions that I may have or anything that I did not understand. When I met with him this morning, I put to him my lack of understanding several functions dealing with printing documents with Windows 8. Not only did he show me how to print the documents that I was having difficulties with, but he went through it step-by-step; even allowing me to write notes for myself.
I wasn't sure where I could access my FAVORITES folder. He took me through that process and set up two separate ways in which to access those folders.
Another feature in Windows 8, that was not in XP is the ability to apply a color coded flag to different e-mails, and the various functions of that new feature in the 8 Operating system.
As I stated earlier, there is not anything about computers that Mr Ly does not understand.
