Setting up the appointment was easy.  They were very professional.  Unlike other companies I called, they gave me quotes over the phone for the proposed work.  Other companies wanted to send out a "technician" to look at the problem and provide a quote, which would be charged to us.  The plumber arrived a bit late, perhaps he had a busy schedule.  The work was done quickly and he cleaned up afterwards.  We would definitely recommend this company.

Our older house often has plumbing problems.  This time the bathroom sink clogged more quickly than usual with no discernible reason.  The plumber diagnosed a condensate drain clog and has it cleaned out in no time.  He explained what the condensate drain was and why it clogged, without making me feel like an idiot for not knowing.  Very nice and thorough.  And he fixed the problem.
We've used L.R. Bennett several times for clogged drains.  They are experienced, knowledgeable plumbers who show up promptly as scheduled.  They have no problems with the peculiar issues involved in our older house.  Highly recommend.

Plumbing was on time and equipped to do the work.  Explained additional repair of faucet to washer that was leaking.  We asked him to investigate this.  Completed the job efficiently and did good clean up.

I emailed Cindy, Randy's daughter, who handles the scheduling and she sent Danny over within a day, if I recall. The job was done quickly and efficiently completed even though some of the fixtures we have are relatively old. We simultaneously had Jason come to replace a particularly  inefficient and loud whole attic ceiling fan, which was done neatly and fast. Randy Bennett has been our plumber and go to guy over twenty years and through three residences. He and his employees are like family to us now. We have had major work done such as waterproofing our basement and replacing a living room ceiling that actually fell in and drainage work around our foundation as well as the regular plumbing situations that arise. Whatever the problem, Randy knows the best cost quality and cost saving remedy and who locally can get it done. I have absolutely no qualms about recommending Bennett Plumbing and have done so on too many occasions to count.

Great. On time - professional - neat and clean. They can fix any problem having to do with heating, air conditioning, or plumbing.

Everything was great.  It took a little longer that I had planned but they didn't promise a schedule.  The work was excellent quality in all respects.  Owner involved from start to finish.
