He used to be my neighbor across the street, and he actually put in the furnace in my old house before I bought it. I brought him along to my new house when I moved. I normally use him for maintenance, but he has replaced parts and provided advice. He was really great about coming over in an emergency in the winter. He really went out of his way to get the part and get the furnace working again.

Excellent. Mr. Poss came during freezing weather (10 degrees) when furnace stopped working. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got the right part to fix it. I was so grateful. I was huddling in front of my gas fireplace with two cats, one of which was very sick and died early the next morning. Getting the heat back so quickly was a godsend. Mr. Poss has done work for me since 1988, when a neighbor recommended him. At that time he installed heating and A/C equipment and installed a furnace in my former home. Now he does repairs only. He has always done excellent work and I highly recommend him.
