He was very professionally dressed, he seemed to know what he was talking about, and my daughter-in-law was impressed. He has his own team to help you stage your house and everything. He was ready to get started as soon as we wanted but he was willing to wait if we needed to. I was impressed that he called a few days later to talk to me personally. Also, we asked if something comes up and we had to back out and he said he understood. He came right out and he was on time. We interviewed a couple more who were young and less experienced, and it showed. We are planning on using him.

He is very professional. He does not lie to you and tell you what you want to hear. He gets you to see the reality of what you are trying to do and look at it in a realistic way. He does that in a very pleasant way. I was trying to sell a condominium in a horrible market. He told me that if you are selling, you will have to get rid of your unrealistic expectations of what the price might have brought during the boom and you will be able to sell it. We priced it correctly and got a good contract on it. I appreciated that about him. I have recommended him to several friends.
