I wanted to love this shed and LSQ. I think their designs are gorgeous.
We had them remove our existing shed as well as build the new. They started by removing the existing shed which they did in a day. Then they framed the new shed again very quickly. Then the waiting started.
They didn't have the Hardie siding that we wanted and said it would be 3 weeks, so we waited with the framing exposed to the elements for the siding to come in. During that time Hurricane Sandy was supposed to hit and we asked them to please at least put a roof and windows in our shed was sitting there without a real roof or any thing- they said they would "try" to get out in the morning. Since they didn't come out to do anything to weather proof it or even cover it that morning- we had to buy a $120 tarp and wrap it up against the elements ourselves.
Finally the rest of the materials were delivered on 11/19 but then they planned take off for Thanksgiving and come back the following Wednesday and finish the following Friday (11/30). Since then they've shown up for a few hours at a time a day or two per week repeated promising that the shed would be done that day- we've cleared out our schedules multiple weekends to paint and move things in, only to cancel because it wasn't ready.
Finally on 12/21 they said they would at least finish the inside so we could move things in. Upon hauling out the shop vac and paint on Saturday morning we found that they hadn't finished mudding or sanding the drywall so it was NOT in fact ready- another weekend lost.
Bottom line: They have beautiful designs but the frustration of repeated broken promises and the length of time it takes to get things completed make me recommend that you NOT do business with this vendor. They should not have torn down our shed and started framing until they had all the materials to finish the job and no one should take two and half months (and counting) to finish an 8 x 10 shed.
