Like New

They did a good job. His price was good. I would use him in the future.

Like New detailing literally made my 14 years old Jeep Grand Cherokee interior look like brand new. I was extremely impressed.  I called the location on a Saturday at roughly 3pm and was told that I could bring in my car immediately to be detailed and disinfected.  I brought the truck to the Alexandria, VA location off Braddock Road and dropped it off around 7pm.  Because I had no one to bring me home, a Like New employee called a cab for me.

He said that my truck would be ready by Tuesday, 10/18.  However, it was not ready until Wednesday, 10/19.  However, I understood that cleaning that truck would be a huge undertaking; although he could have realized that after first seeing the truck and better managed my expectations.  Be that as it may, the truck was so well cleaned that I was willing to overlook the delay.  It was immaculate and looked almost as good as it did when I first got the truck.  I really appreciate Like New's quality work and highly recommend them to anyone who needs their car interior detailed and/or disinfected.

I had not had my car, a 2007 Slate Blue Infiniti G35x, detailed in a long time and it was in desperate need of a really good wax job. I am new to my neighborhood and noticed Like New near my local Home Depot, which is in walking distance to my house (a bonus). While their web site is informative, their rates depend on several factors, including the age, color and size of your car. I called and left a message to get a quote. I received a call back and discussed options and services. However, he said that to get the best estimate, he recommended bringing the car in to be able to assess what they could do and how much it would cost. He recommended this because I used to have an assigned parking space next to a very inconsiderate neighbor who left a myriad of paint scratches on both my driver side and passenger side doors (depending which way I was facing) and I was hopeful that the full detail would be able to remove those paint scratches. WIth my recent move, I also abused my interior quite a bit so the leather seats definitely needed to be cleaned up. The price of the full interior and exterior detail was a bit more than I wanted to pay but with the possibility of also having the scratches removed in the process (I had feared I would have to go to a body shop for that), I felt that it could be worthwhile. I was not disappointed. I dropped my car off when they opened at 8:00 a.m. and received a call at around 3:00 p.m. that it was ready. My car did indeed look "Like New". While they weren't able to get everything out (of course actual dings would remain) the improvement was absolutely worthwhile. Although I am not looking to trade in or sell my car anytime soon, I am certain that the detailing increased the car's value as it now only looks a couple of years old rather than four years old. I will definitely return to Like New again.

They did a fantastic job. I didn?t have to pay for it as it was the fault of the manufacturer.
