LAWRENCE BROTHERS HOME IMPROVEMENTS

Paul was great, he matched our roof shingles, was very professional and stood behind his work.

We were a small job and did have to wait.  The workmen arrived on the appointed date and their professionalism showed.  There is no indication of the ceiling hole.  The hallways had some cracks which were repaired beautifully.  They also touched up the workwork.  We are very pleased with the quality.

Our master bathroom shower dripped.  Paul and aide had a hard,but successful, time getting the broken part out.  We are glad we did not try to do this ourselves, fearing if things went wrong, we would have made the project more expensive.  They gave instructions on how to clean the shower head and replace it.  We have used them before and have another project they will do for us.  They are very good.

I have been using the company since 2010. I have worked closely with Paul and his nephew. He uses trustworthy contractors for any type of work he cannot do. They have great attention to detail and are very trustworthy. They will go above and beyond for their customers. They are a pretty busy company and are hard to get a hold of at times for new work. They are pretty great at responding to any issues with work they have already done and are out in about a day or two for repairs.

We are very pleased.  Please see above.  Lawrence Brothers also does Property Management and can be busy at times.  We were glad to have their time for our project.

Called as a result of Angie's List. Response was immediate, estimate provided the next day, and work scheduled in one week. Furniture was moved by Paul Lawrence and his wife, Karen, and the molding was done efficiently with excellent results.

Fabulous. Very professional, took pride in his work, competitive pricing, personable, cleaned up after himself. Excellent results. He pointed out the improperly supported staircase (which had been strangely slanted since we bought the place) and offered to fix it at a minimal cost. Once he got started, after a long part ordering delay that was not his fault, everything was finished in about 4 days.
