Laurita's House Cleaning Service

After Cesar and his crew cleaned, I noticed the wooden floors were still dirty. I took a towel and wiped the floor and saw that the towel was very dirty. I showed Cesar the towel during the next visit hoping to figure out what went wrong and have it corrected. His response was that it was "my problem." My issue isn't that the floor was still dirty. My issue is with him not wanting to correct it and saying it was my issue. I immediately let him go. He is the owner of Laurita's cleaning service.

They do a thorough job and are always pleasant. They haven't raised their prices in the two years they've been working for me (I plan to offer a raise soon on my own initiative!)

These cleaners are consistent and focused on customer satisfaction. They started using rags from our house when we told them that we would prefer that to them using lots of their own paper towels. They bring their own cleaning products but will use products you supply if you would prefer.

We couldn't be happier with Laurita's Housecleaning services. They are the most reasonably priced by far and you get exemplary service. They are always prompt, flexible when you need a change and communicative and timely when they do. It's always great to come home after a long day of work when we know Laurita's have been here--the house sparkles. We prefer not to cook on the night's they come so we can enjoy the pristine kitchen (at least for a little while.) The bathrooms are spotless and they often do little extras like the few dishes I didn't get to in the sink or folding the laundry I meant to get to later in the evening. We highly recommend Laurita's Housecleaning--you will be delighted with the choice.
