We started in 2015 with the rec room. The project was a grand success in all respects. Since that project, L and L General Contractor has been our go-to contractor, our first choice for the home improvement projects that followed the rec/pool room. The Ochoa brothers and their team have earned out trust and confidence. First class work, professional, reliable, reasonable prices. Their experience and advice was especially valuable in our bigger projects - the rec/pool room, portico, patio, decks - as the Ochoa brothers helped us choose the right options, designs and materials. We intend to carry out a few more home improvement projects in the future and look forward to working with L and L General Contractor. They do "it right the first time".

The project went extremely well! The contractor and his employees are very professional and extremely talented in their craft. The finished master bathroom is beautiful and I have received so many compliments on it. I would hire this contractor again and would recommend him to family and friends without hesitation.

This is a family-owned business run by Luis Ochoa who does a large portion of the work himself with his brother. I have worked extensively with them and have always been impressed by the excellent quality of their work. They pay careful attention to detail, and have never tried to pressure me into doing more work than was necessary.  Both brothers are extremely polite and considerate, and work constantly when they are here.  I met with several contractors before I undertook the renovations on our home. L&L Home Improvements stood out because Luis immediately returned all my phone calls, and their pricing
structure was excellent and fair.  I strongly recommend this company without any reservation.

He painted the house and prepared all the surfaces. Redid my porch and my kitchen, some ceiling work.
