 + -1 moreNeeded a new couch. Shopped at several places. La Z Boy had the best selection of styles and fabrics for us. Sales person (George) was very knowledgeable and personable. Ordered the couch on our first visit. We were told it would take about 8 weeks to get the couch. Received a call after about 4 weeks that the couch was in. Price includes $99 for delivery. Couch was delivered at agreed upon time.
Description of Work: New couch.

 + -1 moreWe did buy a living room and dining room set from La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries. They were having their 25% off sale. It turns out it was only items that were in stock. And we did end up placing a very big order and used their design service which was free. We were very pleased with the results. The but comes in that this doesn't apply and the lamps and the tables and the rugs, none of that got the 25% off, but that was, but over all it was a good experience. It was finally delivered in December. There was one piece didn't arrive until March. We just barely got the last one. One thing that is a negative I felt was two of the end tables had some damage and they said they will either ship us a replacement front or a whole drawer, something like that to replace it. I want to say that was in January and I haven't heard anything further from them from when we are going to receive those pieces. Their follow up isn't necessarily that good, I think I have to get after them and follow up with them. But they were excellent, they were great. It cost about $26,000. Two complete rooms, sofa love seats, two end tables, sofa love seat, entertainment center, two rocker recliners, a big etagere, a chair for the desk, dining table with leaf, six chairs and a two part china cupboard. It was area rug and pad. Three rugs and pads. Three lamps, and art for the wall.

 + -1 moreThey had a nice selection and the salesperson was nice. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He listened to what we were asking and looking for. He was responsive to that. The prices were a little bit high but that probably goes along with the La-Z-Boy name.

Description of Work: Purchased two recliners on July 3. Salesperson was delightful and was able to find chairs that met our needs since we need lumbar support. She took the time to insure that we got what we needed without pressure. We were scheduled for delivery on July 6. Delivery men actually called to say they were running ahead of schedule. They arrived about 30 minutes earlier than their original window of time. They were efficient in removing our old chairs and putting the new ones together and showing how they worked. We are extremely happy in the service of the store and the delivery men. Will use the store again.
