Replaced 30+ year old shingle roof. Also replaced a flat MB roof with a TPM membrane. Also replaced standard gutters with oversized ones with gutter guards. Well done job at a good price. Good cleanup.

Terrible. I would never use them again.

The initial responsiveness of the company to get an estimate and schedule work was fairly slow. The estimate, which requested a fix and some replacement materials turned out to be a low-ball for cheap substitute materials. When the material problem was corrected (albeit with a questionable color match) and an additional bill sent, the total ended up being one of the highest of the original estimates. The work was done completely by a subcontractor with little to no oversight by Jones, except to investigate the problem with substitute materials, although no one from Jones ever actually discussed it with me. Trash and worse was thrown over my back gate and left. While my roof now looks somewhat like a patchwork quilt, the only good thing I can say is that, as far as I know right now, it doesn't leak anymore.

Two years ago, during a severe rainstorm, the ceiling under a bump-out in my kitchen showed large wet spots. I called a roofer who had been recommended by a colleague. Unfortunately, his crew's "repair" was completely ineffective; the wet spots kept getting larger. In response to my complaint, another employee came who told me that there was no evidence of any repair. I watched while he did some work but was not convinced that the leak had been repaired. Recently, I had the kitchen ceiling painted and wanted to be sure that no new water stains would spoil the pristine surface. I called Jones Roofing and Mark Jones came a few days later. At my request, he inspected the small roof and suggested some caulking that my son could do. The repair crew came a week later, on the day I requested, to inspect and repair the main roof. The job was efficiently done at a fair price with an experienced and polite workforce. Having engaged several roofing contractors over the 11 years I've lived in this house, I was most impressed by Mark Jones' and his workers' professionalism.

They did a good job at a good price and they worked with me in terms of special needs I had. While they were overly optimistic of when they could do the work, they kept me fully informed. I would hire them again.

They also installed siding and shutters and did a good job. They used a cut piece on my front door instead of using a solid 4 foot piece which I still need to get resolved, but overall I was happy with the job and would recommend them to others.
