John, is a stand up person and the work and advice he provides is unsolicited and honest. It demonstrates that he values the return work of his customers over a quick profit. Tough to find such reliable people in the business. Highly recommend for your small projects around the house.

John was very easy to work with and his value can’t be beat. He arrived early for every job and performed them quicker than expected. John will be my go to for any future issues that arise.

John repaired a ceiling, stabilized a stair bannister, replaced the cover for a sewer fixture, replaced a rotted window sill, and replaced a broken window.  John was prompt and professional in all respects.  I plan to ask him to take care of all my small repairs in the future.  I can give him my most enthusiastic recommendation.

He did a good thourough job.  He cleaned prior to doing the work.

The service was excellent.  He was willing to work on the weekend without any additional charge as it better fit our schedule and the quality of the work was superb.  I would recommend him to anyone and we certainly will use him again if we need a handyman.

He has done good work. He has finished part of the work and I gave him a partial payment. He is going to do some more work later on. He was easy to work with and generally flexible. I had no complaints at all about him. He is a nice person and I would definitely use him again. I would absolutely recommend him. There is a qualifier on all this in that the painter had the ability to work in an apartment that was completely empty and he trashed the carpet, with my permission, because it is all going to be replaced. I don't know how he would be in a place with carpet and furniture. It is much easier to do a paint job where, if you spill paint, it doesn't matter. He spilled paint but that was not a problem for him or me. I would absolutely use him again

John is a terrific handyman. He makes himself available for emergencies and schedules quickly for non-emergencies. He is punctual and thorough. He is professional and charges extremely reasonable rates. He is trustworthy. He leaves the worksite clean and neat. He takes pride in his work. We have used his services for many years and he has always done us right.
