Very fast and efficient; reasonable cost; Did not have appointment and total time was about 15 minutes from arrival to departure with new headlight bulb.

I've been using them for years. I don't have anything to base the price on.

They are quick and easy. There is nothing they need to work on, I think they’re fine.

Things went well, I will continue to use them.

I like that they are thorough. They provide good customer service, I am overall satisfied with their work.

Firstly, they said that my car needed a new alternator. Upon receiving a second opinion, I learned that I didn't need a new alternator. Secondly, they said my oil cap was broken and it was broken before I saw them -- even though I had ONLY used them for oil changes. When I spoke to a supervisor, she had a bad attitude. They definitely need help in the customer service area. Lastly, before I left, the tech didn't even check and put the sticker on my windshield upside down.

This went very well. They were more comprehensive and attentive than I had imagined before I went in. Very polite and professional. Cost seemed reasonable given how comprehensive they were.

I think it went well. They were very good and very professional. One thing that I like is that when you go there they give you a free estimate of whatever is wrong with your car. They don't pressure you to get your car fixed right away. I was able to find out what I needed in advance and I scheduled a time to get what I needed fixed. They walk you to your car and opened the door for me. I felt like this was above and beyond instead of just me my keys. I thought it was very exceptional.

The folks here are either incompetent or vicious in their up-selling.

My wife took a car in for an oil change, and besides the usual and quot;look, your air filter is dirtyand quot; (which means it's working), they told her she needed synthetic oil in the car, which it does not.

She called me in a panic, since she was about to have to pay $90 for an oil change! I told her they were wrong, and when she told them I was on the phone, they backed down.

Their technician had supposedly 'misread' his computer screen.

One of two things is true:
1 - They were taking advantage of my wife who was not sure about the oil, or
2 - They lack the competence to put the right kind of oil in a car--a $60 'mistake' in this case

My suggestion: take your business elsewhere.
