iI used JCL Services pretty steadily from October 2011 through June
2012. At the time I started with them, I was convalescing from a major
injury and they became a major portion of my support structure. They
helped me reorganize and declutter my condo, arranged for handyman
services, put in place a closet organizer, did some shopping for me,
etc. My only drawback is that when you expect and get quality service
and performance, you have to pay for it - their rates, while worth it,
are not cheap. I do intend to use them again in the future.

It's a little expensive because they are doing things you could do yourself, or in my case, I was sick and I couldn't. Every person that came over was very professional and very helpful and I have recommended them to other people since. When they have someone that will not show, they bring a replacement and call you to let you know.

They were really helpful. I think the best part was they made me feel at ease. It was something that I thought that I could do it alone, but I felt good asking for help and they kept me on a good pace to get the job done. I would use them again. I would recommend them to others; they were a little pricy but they will help you get whatever you need get done. I felt like I could trust them. It was like having a good friend come over and help you out and the job is done the way you want it. They came right on time. They were very good at communicating with me.

The JCL team were here as our advocates and took the pressure off of us so we could concentrate on our busy work schedules. They were professional, on time, and watched over the work like hawks. A couple of mistakes made by the contractors were fixed by JCL's attention to detail and the rescheduling to fix the problems was handled by them as well so we didn't have to worry about it. For me, that kind of thing is well worth the money. One of the things I was really impressed with was that they did some work separate from the project during down times; kept busy to maximize their value. I came home to a lovely planting and river rock feature under our cherry tree as a gift to us.
