Jack Taylor's Alexandria Toyota Scion was established in 1973 on Mt. Vernon Avenue in Alexandria, VA. Excellent customer service is our passion. We are one of only 4 Toyota dealers nationwide to have received Toyota's coveted "President's Award" every year since its inception in 1986. That's 29 years and counting! They have been pretty good and I have no complaints. I feel like they are honest and open with me. It is a pleasant environment with lots of amenities. The labor tends to be a little higher than other places but they are worth it. I would highly recommend them and I will use them again.

They do well for me, really well. I've been with them for many years. Dealership prices are always much more then anything else, so they don't get the best grade. They do good work and I know I get Toyota parts. I have to really work with them on the pricing. They do good work. I have a team that I've been working with for years. I've been satisfied so there was no need to request a change.

They are very convenient, they pick you up from the metro, they turn the cars around fast. Sometimes I just drive in and they can do it. They want appointments, but they?ll usually turn you around within an hour/hour and a half.
Price can come in a little bit better. The quality is excellent. They are pretty responsive, they really exercise customer service. You are just confident, because they have an endorsement from the dealer, so you don?t have to worry about, that the quality of the work isn?t good, I think they?re very good.
Don?t seem to create more work, than what needs to be done. They will tell you, ?this is the problem, but you don?t have to do it right now.?

Simpy is my service representative. She is very professional and knows the vehicles. Whenever I need service, I give her a call and she takes great care of my vehicle. I've been going to Jack Taylor's Toyota since I purchased my vehicle in 2009. The staff are great, there is a ton of space in their waiting room and they have one of the nicest areas for teleworking. I usually schedule my service appointments on my telework day and work from their telework lounge. They have a great oil change service that allows you to get an oil change quickly.
