Their plumber was very knowledgeable and personable. He was very professional. I think their tiling person did a great job and I would recommend him alone! We have an older home so this was a more difficult job. I would hire them again. The only problem we had with them is they would give us a time that they would show up, but not show up at that time.

Very responsive when called to give estimate. Very timely in doing the work. Showed up every day on time. They ordered the tile and shower door and installed them as soon as they arrived. The painting was a little sloppy at first (prep work not done very well), but after they came out and fixed it, it looks okay. A little sloppy on the clean up. Wanted 1/3rd payment to start and the rest when I was satisfied with the work - which I feel is reasonable. The owner kept in contact throughout the job, so any questions/problems I had were answered in a timely fashion. Overall, I am satisfied with the job they did.
