They ended up charging me for the full service but never resolved the issue. In the end, my computer was worse than it was when I started working with them.

Our original call to Dell led us to iYogi India who administers the service contracts. After a 2 plus hour call with several possible vendors, we decided on iYogi and purchased the year long service package. After some toing and froing about when a technician would show, we made it quite clear it needed to be the next day. We were very happy with the person sent and he stayed for more than 4 hours starting at 4:00 PM and continued to accept calls thru midnight as we experienced the recovered data/e-mail. We were contacted early the following morning as the work day began to see if we were happy and able to use the system. Patrick, our technician, is a real gem and understands both the technology and the needs of a small business user who depends upon the office desk top. Thank you for the professional services provided to a very frustrated small business owner.
