Arrived on time after a reschedule. Work was done quickly and professionally.

Owner was on time and knowledgeable. Service performed with no issues.

We dropped the clock off to get it repaired and it took about 10 days to get back. It was working when we picked it but now it does not work, unfortunately.

We dropped off the clocks on a Saturday morning in August. We actually brought three clocks with us, but only had two repaired. They were honest with us and told us that one wasn't worth spending the money. We got an estimate of the cost and a description of the necessary repairs and were told it would probably take two weeks.
The clocks were repaired in the time promised. The antique clock, as it turned out, needed more extensive work than they originally thought, but I trust that the repairs were necessary. The clock now runs perfectly--keeps perfect time, which it hasn't as long as I've had it (15 years or so).
It was a very positive experience, and these folks know what they're doing. I give them my highest recommendation.

I am extremely satisfied with their service. There aren't many horologists left; these guys are the real deal.
