The initial install went great. I am now writing this review about the service after the sale. During the installation I had 2 HDMI cables pulled thru my living room ceiling to my blue ray and cable box. I had numerous problems with blue ray player to the point that I bought a new one. I had problems with that blue ray also so I removed it. Shortly after, I received a Roku player which I hooked up to the same HDMI. It also had problems. The one common denominator was the HDMI which I assume was bad. After all of these tribulations I have been trying to get someone out here from Installgroup for the last 2 months to test the HDMI cable. Im not sure if ownership has changed since I had the installation done, but communication is difficult at best (English may not be the first language of the customer service rep). After months of trying I was finally able to schedule someone to come out. They never showed. Super frustrating and I never got the impression the cared about me as a customer.
Description of Work: Wall mounted a TV above my fireplace. Ran HDMI cables thru ceiling. Installed electrical outlet and did rough repair of drywall.
