They did fine. They showed up when they said and they did the work fine. I did not have to pay more than $99 for that. I would use them again. It was maybe an hour. They came they took they left. The workers were professional.

The guys were here when they said they would be here and got right to work. They were both professional and polite. The things I needed removed from both in and and out of house were loaded quickly. This is the second time I have used them and was pleased with their service on both occasions.

It turned out really well. They arrived on time. They handled the job well. They were tidy. They were efficient. I would definitely recommend them. They were very accommodating as to what would be the best day for my schedule. There was no problem scheduling the appointment. As far as the time that we scheduled, they were right on that. I would absolutely use them again.

This was a diamond in the rough company. I bought an Angie's List coupon for some limited junk (mostly heavy boxes of old magazines) that I wanted to get rid of. In setting up the appointment, they could not have been more accommodating. I even changed the date of pickup and they were very helpful. They did call a few hours before the appointment and ask if they could push it back by an hour, which was fine with me. Apparently one of their men was sick, but rather than cancel on me, they showed up with only one worker - Alex. He was absolutely wonderful. He worked like a dog, carrying the boxes out of my basement all by himself. He worked quickly and finished in probably less time than it would have taken 2 workers. He never stopped to rest and was always friendly and helpful. As it turned out, I had a little more than the 1/4 truck that I had purchased, but Alex agreed to take everything for a very reasonable small additional fee. Alex told me that Innovative is a small, family run business, and as I have discovered over the years, these are the best companies to use. They try hard to please and are always reasonably priced. By every standard imaginable, Innovative met the test with flying colors. They performed the work quickly and thoroughly. I cannot recommend them highly enough. (And a special shout out to Alex for being so terrific!)

They didn't come out because they said the promotion didn't cover the area I live in. It would be a good ideal to have the restrictions noted so that customers do not waste their time requesting a service and then having to track the vendor down to find out if their 3 preferred dates and times work. I want to be reimbursed right away!
