INFINITY FLOORS

Overall, the experience was terrible. The first installer was constantly late (ranging from one hour late to five hours late). He said he had to bring his daughter as they couldn't find a sitter. We went kept going back and forth to get the correct set-up for the stairs. After a while, we just got fed up with the first installer, as he kept coming late (a three day job was taking 2 weeks), and demanded a second one. The second installer was much better and completed the work. After a few weeks, we noticed that the stair edges were coming apart, and the floor boards were separating from the base. We called Infinity to correct it and after three attempts to set up a time to make the fixes. That installer was the second installer and he was able to make the corrections easily.

Project manager came to apartment (30 minutes late) and took detailed measurements and provided preliminary estimate, that was very competitive with another estimate from another vendor. Subsequently, before finalizing the contract, the chosen wood went on sale and Infinity reduced their estimate considerably, but second company would not. Infinity drew up a detailed written contract, that we signed. The wood flooring was delivered three days before installation, as requested. The wood flooring and recarpeting were completed ahead of schedule. Workmanship was excellent and installers were very professional. The wood floors and "new" carpeting look wonderful.
