First of all, this was done incredibly fast. I hired a Real Estate Agent. She recommended that we "stage" our house and she recommended Home Finishing Touches. The stager, LInda Pellian, came over within a few days and went through the house. She told me what furniture she wanted to remain and which pieces were to be removed. She gave me an estimate of $1500 for labor and rental of accessories $200-$300 maximum stating mine would be on the low end. Delivery and pick up of her accessories would be $150 for a total of $1950. She was a great help in setting up the home for sale. And there is no doubt that the home showed better with her staging.
