No problems at all; the work was done better than expected; finding slates that match old slate (our roof is almost 90 years old) isn't easy, but they were able to do it.

Aza and Mara did an excellent job start to finish. Aza was very communicative and professional. The work took a bit longer to complete than I was expecting because of some weather delays, but Aza was great about letting me know when he was coming and when he wasn't.

Upon his inspection, Aza found out and showed me that the damage to the sidings was more extensive than I had thought, so he updated his work plan, and offered me a very reasonable price for the extended project. We agreed, and they went ahead to complete the repairs as planned. They worked punctually, did a thorough job, addressing all the issues. I would definitely work with them again on future roofing and sidings projects.

Aza answered my phone call immediately and even offered to come by my house and inspect the issue when I got off work. He quickly inspected the attic and the exterior roof of the house and was able to identify the problems (which he showed me photos of the problem). He was able to come out within a day or two and fix the leak and gutter. He is a friendly, professional and prompt person who I would trust to use again. He fixed the problem quickly and explained in detail and photographs what work he did.

Excellent! His work is top notch, he made solid recommendations as new issues were discovered and just took care of it without any debate, and he gave ideas and did a better job than was originally expected. For example, he volunteered to go the extra mile to solder the copper flashing together rather than just overlap them, if I would pay for the gas and a small tool to do this. The job site was always made very clean and neat at the end of the work day. And, he recommended to use larger slates on the end/edges to ensure the end pieces were not tiny 3" slate pieces, and it looks great! Only one small ding was on price: we had more than expected # of slates left over. But I was able to return the slates and get the money back.

Excellent! Murat was extremely professional, knowledgable and went above and beyond to ensure the work was done at the highest levels of workmanship. He recommended a few key outstanding ideas to ensure the work was done at the A+ quality level, for example:
- he recommended and explained why and how I should use a better underlayment than the standard one,
- when the edge slates were not going to look good due to the size of the cuts, he recommended and did a trial row for me to see how much better it would look with a larger slate for the edge pieces
- he always cleaned up the job site and put everything in a extremely clean, safe condition.
- He ensured each day he told me what he would accomplish, when the next rain was expected, and how he would ensure the roof was in a safe, leak-free condition. And he always met or exceeded what he said he would do.
- Great communication throughout, I felt very comfortable with everything
- a few wood members were damaged and he explained options and when I defered to his judgement, he chose the *right* solution rather than the easy solution.

These guys were great and I cannot recommend them enough. They finished the job extremely quickly (less than one day) and worked very hard throughout their entire time here. Azamat was very transparent with the price, breaking everything down to the cost of materials, labor, equipment and more. In addition, they offered us a really great price and their work is of very high quality.
The insulation has made a huge difference on our heating and AC bills and we've already saved close to $200 in utility costs in less than a year. I've recommended these guys to everyone in our neighborhood. They're super easy to work with, very communicative, professional and get the job done right!
