Jennifer called ahead of time and notified me of when she would arrive. She was very professional and knows well her business in computer support. She worked diligently over the three plus hours she was here; correcting a number of my mistakes. I would highly recommend her for computer support.

We called on Sunday and Jennifer arrived as promised on Monday morning. She not only got rid of the intrusive software we had inadvertently downloaded; she also checked and removed files and the like that were slowing down our computer. She did this while my husband and I watched; she explained everything she did, and showed us how we could avoid or fix similar problems in the future.
