HD Full Moving Services

I would give zero stars if I could. We were booked and scheduled (email confirmation, time slot, paperwork done), for them to help us with a move. We got a phone call 5 days before our move and they said that they double booked and would not be able to do our move anymore. We had to be out of our other location and picked that day weeks in advance. The person who called us from the company was unprofessional, not cooperative, did not try to work with us, and refused to help in any way. His constant response was "we over booked." We were initially recommended to go to them and we are not impressed and will NOT be recommending this service to anyone. Save yourself a hassle and get a company that cares.

Two men for 2 hours. They wrapped everything even the big furniture and the little stuff. They took care of your items well. They came on time and worked fast and were very polite. I would use them again.

I researched movers, checked reviews, got estimates. I called HD Movers as they would give a flat rate and I was sure we'd get the better end on that deal. I contacted them only a few days before moving and Jose Sol was professional and courteous. He emailed me the details and said the 2 man crew would be here between 8-9 am on the scheduled date. They arrived promptly and since it was raining, they laid down mats so as not to dirty the carpeting. They wasted no time loading up the furniture. We followed them to the lake house where they unloaded/loaded in less than an hour (!). We even added a rug and a few lake toys with no problems. We drove back and they actually beat us back to Potomac and waited the few minutes till we got there. It was still wet out, so they laid down mats, unloaded, cleaned up and were on their way. From start to finish it was just under 6 hours - I thought they did a great job! The 2 guys were prompt, friendly, courteous, and worked hard. We were amazed and gave them each a sizable tip for their good service. We highly recommend HD Full Moving Services and would hire them again in a heartbeat.
