Hawaiian Pool and Spa

I love these guys. They know what they're doing. We'd used a top-rated fancy pool service for two years, which cost more than it should and recommended work that ultimately didn't need to be done. Frank and his team are honest, very straight-forward, and will tell you what you need or what you could do yourself. I know, when I talk to them on the phone or go in the store, that I will hear the truth and no one's time will be wasted - which is a refreshing change.

This company did an outstanding job - from quote to finish!!! Let's face it - the last thing that anyone wants is for a company to dig a giant hole in the backyard then leave you hanging for weeks on end. These guys do one pool at a time so you are not left hanging. We met with and researched a number of providers but this company impressed us most. They were honest, met their committed schedule and finished the job in 2.5 weeks. We are absolutely thrilled with the result and I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

When they closed the pool, they left the pump on and burned my 2 year old pump up. I had called them and talked to the owner and he said he would be back in the spring to take care of it. I called this spring to have them open my pool and to replace the pump that they burnt up. They showed up and took the cover off and that was basically it. They were here for less than 1/2 hour. The pool was not cleaned, the filter was not checked, he did not check for leaks in the liner and the pump was not replaced. I called the owner and he immediately started calling me names and refusing to handle the problem in a business like manner.

This company also, replaced my plumbing and always came out when they said, that they would. I can always call them to ask questions regarding my pool. I have ordered my new cover through them, as well.

The price and terms were eminently fair. Even though a surprisingly wet spring delayed the project for two weeks and necessitated additional equipment to pump the hole dry, there was no surcharge. They stayed true to their estimate. Once installed, the pool worked and looked as promised. Follow-up services with closing the pool ever season have been very reasonable. We are very happy with this project and Hawaiian.
